Open Auditions Announced for Midsummer Tights Dream!

Masquerades Youth Theatre Group is delighted to announce Open Auditions for our upcoming summer pantomime production, Midsummer Tights Dream, taking place in June 2026.

For the first time, auditions are open to dancers and singers who are not currently part of Masquerades but are interested in joining us for this exciting new production.

Who are the auditions for?

The Open Auditions are for performers who would like to be considered as:

Dancers
Singers
Singer & Dancers

Please note that no acting audition is required as part of this process, nor will any acting roles be offered as part of this open audition.

Audition details

Date: Thursday 19 February 2026

Venue: Northill Village Hall

What do I need to prepare?

There is nothing to prepare in advance.

All material will be taught on the day.

We recommend wearing:

Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
Trainers or appropriate footwear

Bringing water is strongly advised.

How to apply

Applications for the Open Auditions must be completed online by a parent or legal guardian.

Submitting the application form will secure a place at the Open Auditions. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
