Buzz World (3pm)

Parking is available on site at the University of Bedfordshire campus. There are two main car parks available for visitors:

• The main car park is located immediately on the left as you enter the campus. There are specifically marked disabled bays for blue badge holders.

• A second overspill car park is located further in, on the right-hand side, and is directly adjacent to the theatre building.

IMPORTANT — Paid Parking (ANPR): The car parks are operated 24 hours a day using Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). Parking is charged from the moment you enter the site. There is a 30-minute grace period for drop offs - if you enter and exit within 30 minutes, no charge is applied. However, if you stay beyond 30 minutes, you are charged for your entire stay from the point of arrival, not just the time over 30 minutes. The system is strictly enforced, so please ensure you pay if required.

Masquerades Youth Theatre Group does not endorse off-site parking as a recommended option, and accepts no liability for any parking charges incurred, including those resulting from failure to pay or parking in residential permit zones. Please check all signage carefully on arrival.

We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before the performance to allow time to park, reach the theatre, scan tickets, and take your seats.

The theatre offers step-free access into the building, with a lift available to the upper level.

Wheelchair users can access the auditorium via the upper level entrance, where designated wheelchair spaces are available. Access to the ground floor of the auditorium is also possible.

A disabled toilet is located on the ground floor of the building.

If you require directions or assistance on arrival, please speak to a member of the Masquerades team who will be able to guide you to the most suitable access point.

Doors open no earlier than 45 minutes before the performance.

As there is no dedicated venue front of house team, Masquerades staff will be unavailable to admit latecomers once the performance has begun. Please note that the theatre doors may be locked during the performance, meaning you may not be able to access the building at all if you arrive late.

Refreshments and drinks will be available to purchase from the Box Office area. Please note that alcohol may not be available for purchase on site due to licensing regulations.
